Lisa Philp is the President of Transitions Group North America, a full service coaching company for dentistry. She graduated from East Tennessee State University as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1987. Her career began with clinical hygiene in United States and Canada to the creation of a periodontal disease management program in which she coached thousands of dental professionals. She is currently a leader, author, and coach and highly so ught after North American speaker.

Karen is a dental consultant, educator, and hygienist with over 30 years of experience in the dental industry. Throughout the course of her career she has had the opportunity to work as an educator (having helped 1st year dental students at University of Connecticut Dental School), a periodontal and holistic hygienist, a practice manager, a promotion consultant and as Practice Management Consultant for both general and specialty practices.

Maureen brings to Transitions a positive ‘can do’ attitude. A graduate of Carleton University, Maureen’s passion is planning and collaborating in team environments. She has several years experience as a professional office administrator serving a variety of industries including: retail, engineering, non-profit and health care.
