The VISION of Transitions Group is to be North America’s premier dental coaching company that makes a positive difference in the lives of the Dental Professionals we have the privilege to serve. Transitions manages change at every stage of a dental career from a new dentist starting up, who wants to learn all you can about best practices in the early stages of your career. To a dentist who is midpoint of their career and reached a plateau and wants to proactively address before a decline or a dentist who is in need of preparing the practice with a succession plan.
Our PURPOSE is to make dental practices better, inspire excellence through our customized, unique full service approach, one that is distinctive, original, exceptional and accountable for results. We partner with dentistry to overcome modern day challenges with the recession/recovery of the economy, leadership stress, team building, reduction in dental insurance reimbursement, financial management, communication skills, no shows and cancellations, generational shift of the patient demographic, stagnant growth, declining revenue, managing cash flow and decreased profitability.
