Eric has more than 20-years experience leading, developing and mentoring diverse teams that have continually excelled at exceeding objectives. As a strategic business leader who has built and fostered several high performing teams, he enthusiastically helps his team members set priorities and create balance. He has developed an acute business acumen to quickly assess how businesses and high performing teams get bloated with inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication – and how they can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused team.



He started his career in the financial industry and quickly became recognized for his supportive leadership, passion for selling, providing client service excellence and working with colleagues to effect change. He was the General Manager of a Healthcare solutions provider with GE and has led business units at such other Fortune 500 companies such as Citi Group, TD Canada Trust, National Bank of Canada and Bank of Nova Scotia.



As Director of Client Relations at Transitions Group North America, Eric strategically uses his knowledge, experience and skills to ensure that the Transitions team operates efficiently and effectively in delivering customized solutions to make a positive difference in the lives of the Dental Professionals.
