New Dentist Programs - Do it right ...early

It is with the utmost sincerity and gratitude that I write to tell you about my excellent experience with Benco, specifically their consulting team, Transitions.

We recently had Transitions come to our office for a comprehensive practice assessment. I have resisted bringing in consultants for many years, thinking that each and every one will simply bring a "canned" approach that should be copied from practice to practice.

My name is Trisha Galla, I am the office manager for Dr. Susanne M Sanford in Muskegon, MI. Last winter our entire team went to a seminar in our area hosted by Benco Dental. The speaker was Lisa Philp.

This is our 2nd seminar given by Lisa Philp from the Transitions Group. It was a Customer ervice Seminar for over 30 Management personnel. Lisa provided communication skills and problem solving techniques to our Managers to be able to address practical day to day situations that occur in each of our offices.
